Peter Sarich, Executive Deputy Chairman Cape Bouvard Investments; when asked what value FitCorp adds to Cape Bouvard's Portfolio: “Many buildings now offer facilities such as gymnasiums to their tenants. We believe however that the real value is in providing a greater variety of services. FitCorp’s research enables us to measure staff perceptions of outcomes; such as reduced absenteeism, injury prevention, general health improvements (tangible factors in producing a happier workforce).”

Trish Innes, General Manager Exchange Plaza Management said: “It’s a demand from tenants, they want a range of amenities for their staff and this is just one of them. They want things like gyms, lockers, and shower facilities for their staff. I think employers are more aware of the hours people put in and want to provide a nice environment for their staff to spend the working day.”
